The Flip MinoHD Camcorder Link Contest   (Promote this contest on Twitter)

We're giving away a Flip MinoHD Camcorder to one lucky winner for helping us spread the word about ImagiumWeb. Simply write a paragraph of 50 words or more stating why having a great website is essential for any business and point a link our way using the keywords and code below. An additional entry will be given for every 100 words of new content and each new keyword link.

The winning entry will be chosen at random using randomizing technology from Random.org. Send us all the locations from which you've pointed links back to ImagiumWeb.com using the form below and you'll receive an entry and a chance to win for each and every link pointed our way.

The winner of the Flip MinoHD Camcorder will be randomly chosen by March 15, 2009 once all the entries have been accounted for. The person who submitted the winning entry will be announced here and notified by email.

Contest Rules and Details:

Contest ends at midnight on February 28, 2009.

To enter, please email us your NAME, EMAIL, WEBSITE ENTRIES, REQUIRED LINKS USED and REFERRER (if applicable) or use the form below.

Send us your links through the form below and for every link that's posted, you'll get an entry into our MinoHD give-a-away contest. All posts will be entered into a drawing and chosen at random. The more links you submit, the better of a chance you will have of winning. ImagiumWeb staff will verifiy all links.

To make things more entertaining, any leads that convert to a website sale for Imagium will automatically get 10 additional entries. We'll ask how they heard of us, so they do need to know on which site they found us.

Odds:
The odds of winning will vary depending on how many entries we receive.

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Simply blog or write about ImagiumWeb.com, add a link pointing back to us and post in the contact form below where your write-up is.
• To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the deadline of midnight on Feb. 28, 2009.
• Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
• ImagiumWeb is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.
• The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
• Decisions of the contest judges are final - no substitutions will be available.
• This contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
• Contest open residents of North America only.
• Unlimited entries per person and preferably in bulk will be accepted via the form or direct email.
• No duplicate links will be accepted. Only the first ones sent will be acknowledged.
• There must be no NOFOLLOW on the required links, meta data and robots.txt.
• Only allow STATIC PAGES are allowed (meaning they have no programming backend and are purely HTML).
• Don't mention this contest in your post. i.e. - I'm writing this blog because I want to win a Flip MinoHD...
• Where to post: Blogs, your website, social networks, forums, etc.
• Where not to post: Sorry, Twitter posts don't count. The links are untrackable and less than 50 words anyway. No link farms, no black hat, no spammy blog comment posts.
